TIRANA, July 23/ATA/- In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 4 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The request was sent to the citizens; E. O., resident in Tirana, convicted by the Judicial District Court OF the criminal offense “Theft with violence”, committed in collaboration;
G. E., resident in Përmet, convicted of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”;
K. E., resident in Përmet, convicted of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”;
S. S., resident in Lazarat, Gjirokastra, convicted of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”.
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL said.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
