TIRANA, July 21 /ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission announced today the decision after the re-evaluation process for the judge of the Tirana Court, Niko Rapi.
The Trial Panel composed of Genta Tafa (Bungo), Lulzim Hamitaj, Valbona Sanxhaktari after analyzing the evidence and facts for the subject of re-evaluation Niko Rapi, according to the three evaluation criteria, legitimacy of property and ethical and professional criteria, decided his dismissal from office because he did not justify his wealth.
Niko Rapi graduated from the School of Magistrates in 2002 and was appointed a judge in Pogradec Court. He was transferred to the Tirana Court in 2016, where he continued to exercise his function until now./p.s./
