TIRANA, July 10/ATA/- In the first 6 months of 2020, the volume of processed goods in Durrës port increased by 12-15%, having an impact on revenue growth, the Executive Director of the Port Authority of Durrës, Pirro Vengu said at the online conference on “Visio-Koktej with members of CCI France-Albanie & Company Evidence” organized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Albania.
The participants discussed the impact of pandemic on their activities, respectively in the Port of Durres and in the cabinet of A.R.S Legal & Financial Services.
“In the first 6 months of 2020, the volume of processed goods in Durrës port increased by 12-15%, having an impact on revenue growth. While in January-May 2020, the Port of Durrës has seen an increase in Kosovo’s exports and imports,” Executive Director of the Port Authority of Durrës, Pirro Vengu said.
In his remarks, Vengu noted that, passenger transport has gradually resumed operation at the end of June, permitting special entry for some categories of travelers.” //a.i/
