TIRANA, July 7/ATA/- Only through the implementation of measures and protocols, through personal example we will be able to succeed together, even at this stage of pandemic,” the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu said at the today’s meeting with the President of the Republic, Ilir Meta on the current challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Manastirliu briefed the President Meta on the measures taken to provide personal protective equipment, increase testing capacity, hospital capacity and human resources, in accordance with the strategy and proposals of the Technical Committee of Experts.
“This strategy needs the cooperation of citizens to cope with the current Covid-19 situation. Only through the implementation of measures and protocols, through the personal example, we will be able to succeed together, even at this stage of pandemic,” Minister Manastirliu said.
The Head of State pledged to provide his full support for health institutions, while expressing his gratitude and appreciation to all doctors, nurses and support staff who are serving with maximum professionalism and dedication on the front line of Covid-19 pandemic. //a.i/
