TIRANA, June 24/ATA/ In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 4 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests for self-declaration of wealth resources were sent to; A. L., resident in Durrës, convicted of the criminal offense of “Premeditated Murder”.
R. D., resident in Durrës, under investigation by the Italian justice authorities, for the criminal offenses “Exploitation of prostitution” and “Trafficking in narcotics”;
A. V., resident in Durrës, convicted by the Italian justice authorities of the criminal offenses “Trafficking in narcotics” and “Criminal organization”;
A. T., resident in Durrës, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL said.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law.//a.i/
