TIRANA, June 9/ATA/ In the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Measures on Wealth against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, the Operation Force of Law has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to 3 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests were sent; A. Ll., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Murder of two or more persons”;
V. Ç., resident in Fier, after Fier Court of First Instance has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” committed in collaboration and “Production and manufacturing of narcotics and psychotropic substances ”;
Sh. Ç., resident in Fier, after Court of First Instance has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Premeditated murder” and “Exploitation of prostitution”;
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is in uninterrupted action and is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
