TIRANA, May 19 /ATA/ – The Minister of Health and Social Protection Ogerta Manastirliu on Tuesday visited the Public Health Institute, where tests of samples and identification of the suspected Covid-19 cases are carried out.
At a meeting with the Public Health Institute staff, Health Minister praised doctors and entire health workers for their contribution since the novel coronavirus outbreak in early March.
“Since day one, the entire staff of the Public Health Institute is totally committed with excellent professionals going on with their tireless work to conducts tests and identify the suspected Covid-19 cases around the clock,” Manastirliu said.
Manastirliu noted that intense work is underway to track down, test and identify every suspected case to curb the spread of the Covid-19 infection.
