TIRANA, May 8/ATA/ The date of the elections for the governing bodies of the Public Institutions of Higher Education is postponed until a second moment when a more all-embracing participation of students can be ensured.
Minister of Education, Sports and Youth Besa Shahini stated today that the preparatory process of the elections should continue so that the governing bodies are ready to start the election campaign immediately after the announcement of the date.
The order of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth states that the postponement is due to the state of natural disaster caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, until a certain date set by the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth.
