TIRANA, May 5/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama recalled today through a video-homage the Martyrs of the Homeland who gave their lives for the freedom of the country.
Through the message “Glory to the Martyrs”, PM Rama has conveyed in this video, photos of martyrs who are remembered every May 5 for their contribution to the liberation of the country and for a better future.
“Good morning, humbly with respect”, PM Rama says on the Day of the Martyrs of the Homeland.
Due to the situation created by COVID-19, this year the Martyrs’ Day will be marked without official ceremony.
At the memorial “Mother Albania” there will be put only wreaths of flowers in honor of the Martyrs of the Fatherland. /m.m/ /a.g/p.s./
