TIRANA, May 3/ATA/- 12 more patients have recovered in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of people who have recovered after having contracted the novel coronavirus in Albania to 531.
The latest data were published on Sunday by “coronavirus.al”, a web-based platform specifically launched to inform citizens on the official figures about the number and situation of people who have contracted COVID-19 infection in Albania.
According to data published by coronavirus.al, currently 233 Covid-19 infected patients are active cases in Albania and data indicate that the percentage of those who have recovered has overtaken the number of the active cases and such trend remains unchanged for more than a week.
Out of a total of 8 866 tests conducted to date in Albania, 795 of them have tested positive for Covid-19, 233 are active cases, 531 infected people have recovered, 31 patients have died.
