On May 11, a possible facilitation in air and land corridors

TIRANA, April 29/ATA/- Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke today about the process of further opening of air and land corridors, emphasizing that on May 11 we can have a relaxation of measures related with the necessity of passengers going into quarantine in the hotel.

“After this week and on the following week, we will make an in-depth analysis with the experts and the Committee of Experts regarding the process of further opening of the air and land corridors. On May 11, we can have a facilitation related with the necessity of the passengers going into quarantine in the hotel. However, next week we shall have to look very carefully at all the elements we need to make an accurate analysis “, said PM Rama.

Generally speaking, the prime minister stressed that, “We will continue with this regime.” As for the air corridors, he stressed that “the flights have not been fully opened, but the relief will be in progress”.

“The opening will continue very carefully, you have to keep in mind what is going on around you. The whole world is like this. So before you ask me to open the borders, look at what is happening in other countries, where you are and where you are writing from “, said PM Rama.

He stressed that, “It is good to do our best, to be patient and to keep calm and to see that the process is going ahead. We must take advantage of the fact that we are completely successful so far as we speak on the front lines with the invisible enemy.”

The prime minister warned that, “But all this sacrifice can be undone if we do not follow the rules, so we will continue to be very careful,” said PM Rama.

“However, on May 11, if the dynamics of the numbers give us the opportunity, I am talking about hospitalization, how much will be affected, if the trend will be positive, we will further open the corridor of land and air space,” concluded the prime minister./a.g/p.s./
