TIRANA, April 22/ATA/- The Albanian Government has approved the Normative Act on the exclusion of the implementation of procedures and deadlines for the preparation of the draft project on the medium-term budget program for 2020.
Pursuant to Article 101 of the Constitution, upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Economy, the Council of Ministers decided on the exclusion of procedures and deadlines for the preparation of the draft project on the medium-term budget program for 2020 with regard to the government units, due to the epidemic situation caused by COVID-19, pursuant to the law “On the management of the budget system in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, do not apply “.
This normative act enters into force immediately and will be published in the “Official Gazette”. //a.i/
