TIRANA, April 21/ATA/- During the last 24 hours, another 18 patients have been added to the list of the people cured, bringing the number of those recovered from COVID-19 to 345.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection informed that, “In our country, there are currently 238 actively infected people and as can be seen the number of the people recovered is higher. This trend has been going on for more than a week now.
So far, 26 citizens have lost the battle with the disease despite the efforts of the medical staff.
Meanwhile, 32 people are currently hospitalized in the infectious disease service. 5 patients are in intensive care.
According to official data, in the COVID 2 hospital “Shefqet Ndroqi”, there are 8 hospitalized patients. 5 patients are in intensive care in aggravated condition, while 3 patients are in the ward.
