TIRANA, April 16/ATA/- According to Durrës Port Authority, 2 merchant vessels with 13 thousand tons of wheat are being unloaded at the port’s Terminal.
While, 2 more vessels with 8,500 tons of wheat are expected to be processed at the Durrës Port.
In March 2020, large quantities of wheat have been unloaded in the country’s largest port under the implementation of entrepreneurship contracts, providing the necessary quantities of wheat amidst COVID-19 pandemic.
Since the beginning of March, over 45,000 tons of wheat have been processed in the country’s largest port.
Meanwhile, merchant vessels with other goods, such as glass, melamine, agricultural fertilizers, cement, iron, are being processed at the port’s Terminal./a.i/
