TIRANA, March 19/ATA/ -211 024 subscribers, household consumers and small business, will pay no delayed interest thanks to the government economic plan to face the situation caused by COVID-19.
Prime Minister Edi Rama said that according to the economic plan there will be no delayed interest on the active debtors who consume electricity whether families or small business.
According to him, this measure will have a financial effect of up to 15 billion lekë and 211 024 subscribers will benefit.
PM Rama said on television that the big businesses will not benefit at this phase. But, the small businesses with a turnover of up to 140 thousand will benefit.
The prime minister emphasized that the people will pay for the electricity and water. And that it will never happen they don’t pay the bills because being in difficulty or are not working. /p.s./
