TIRANA, March 11/ATA/- State Police reported that the Operation “Force of the Law” (OFL) has sent the self-declaration form to two convicted persons for prostitution, trafficking of narcotics and criminal organization in Berat.
According to the police announcement released on Wednesday, “In pursuant of the duties set out in the Normative Act dated January 31, 2020, the Operation “Force of the Law”, in co-operation with local Police structures, continues to submit requests for self-declaration of property”.
“In this context, OFL sent requests for self-declaration of property to the following citizens: M.H., a resident of Berat, sentenced by the Court of Turin, Italy, for the offenses “Criminal organization” and “Exploitation of prostitution “; S.P., resident of Berat, convicted by the Serious Crimes Court of Tirana, for the offense of “Trafficking in narcotics”. These individuals, subject to Special Law, must respond to all OFL inquiries in writing within 48 hours. Subsequently, the replies received will be forwarded to SPAK for further action,” is read in the notice./p.s./
