TIRANA, March 3 /ATA/ – By Arbi Fortuzi/- Operation Force of Law has sent the written request for declaration of property to two persons convicted of murder and possession of weapons.
Operation Force of Law is ongoing in co-operation with local police structures, in pursuit of the Normative Act dated January 31, 2020, on the submission of requests for self-declaration of property to persons who are subject of this law.
“In this context, OFL has sent requests for self-declaration of assets to the citizens: E. H., resident in Lezha, convicted of pre-meditated murder, pre-meditated injury and illegal possession of firearms; I. S., resident in Tirana, convicted of pre-meditated murder committed in complicity and illegal possession of firearms as part of a structured criminal syndicate.”
