Oil worker status/ Balluku: Process is about to end, 1400 dossiers addressed

TIRANA, March 2 /ATA/ Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, stated Monday in parliament that the process for granting the status of oilworker is running at rapid rates.

In her remarks during the parliamentary session on issues brought up by constituents, minister Balluku said that around 1400 dossiers have been addressed this year alone.

However, she said, the main problem barring the progress of this process is documentation due to outdated archives.

“We need to pave by all measures the path for digitization of these archives which are crucial for the future. Meanwhile Albpetrol should issue all confirmations for this process,” Balluku said.
On the other hand, she said that Ministry of Finance and Economy is making all the necessary changes upon receiving our draft necessary for bylaws that make this process happen.
