TIRANA, February 29 /ATA/-According to the nationwide Reconstruction program, there will be constructed from scratch 7 981 collective buildings and 806 individual houses.
In more concrete terms, the reconstruction will extend over an area of 398 ha while the public buildings to be reconstructed over an area of 180 100 m2.
As for individual houses, the project foresees 3 one-storey models of modular technology, agricultural garden, yard and porch.
The modular home design allows the building to be multiplied or expanded with additional rooms or spaces as needed and provides optimal living comfort while ensuring the longevity of the building.
Apartments provide 20-30% energy savings, 90% recyclable materials and maximum EUROCODE 8 earthquake-resistant building standards up to 9 degree earthquakes.
The avantages of the technology are fast assembly with the connecting infrastructure, within 30 days, as well as energy savings of up to 15 thousand ALL per year and high life expectancy up to 70 years.
