TIRANA, Feb 28/ATA/- The appointment of the High Justice Inspector represents another important step towards the Justice Reform, the German Ambassador to Albania Peter Zingraf said.
The German Ambassador to Albania Peter Zingraf met yesterday with the newly appointed High Justice Inspector, Artur Metani.
The Albanian parliament elected on Monday January 20, the High Justice Inspector, thus paving the way for the formation of another crucial new institution in the numbers of new institutions of the system envisioned by the Justice Reform.
“I congratulated Artur Metani on his new appointment. This position represents another important component in the implementation of justice reform in Albania, ”Zingraf said.
“A system of discipline and functional and independent inspection that accompanies the vetting process – even afterwards – will be a crucial element in ensuring the long-term confidence of the population in a justice system with integrity,” the Ambassador Zingraf.//a.i/
