TIRANA, Feb 27/ATA/- Operation “Force of Law” (OFL) sent request to declare the assets to three former convicts for convicted for a number of crimes such as murder or destruction of property.
According to Normative Act no. 1, dated 31.01.2020, OFL sent requests for self-declaration of wealth to the following citizens:
J.K., resident of Shijak, convicted for “Premeditated Murder”; A. F., resident in Tirana, convicted for “Murder committed with qualifying circumstances”, and “Unlawful possession of weapons”; D.K, resident in Shijak, sentenced in Italy for the offenses “Destruction of property causing grave consequences”, “Crimes against a person”, “Drug Trafficking ” and “Participation in a criminal organization for the purpose of drug trafficking and exploitation of prostitution”.
These individuals, subject to the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL inquiries, which will further be sent to SPAK for further verification.
The OFL said that all the persons who have been given with written requests for self-declaration of wealth sources have completed the forms and submitted them to the OFL, which has followed the procedures as set out in the Normative Act no. 1, dated January 31, 2020.//a.i/
