TIRANA, February 26/ATA/- Operation “Force of Law” has sent self-declaration requests to A.B. citizen resident in Shijak convicted by the Durrës Judicial District Court for premeditated murder, and C.A. resident in Shijak convicted by the Pisa Court, Italy. , for narcotics trafficking.
The notice states that the Operation “Force of Law” is continuing to cooperate with local police structures, in performance of the duties set out in the Normative Act of January 31, 2020, for the submission of claims for self-declaration of property to persons subject to this law.
Within 48 hours, the individuals, subject to Special Law, must respond to all OFL inquiries in writing.
Subsequently, replies will be sent to SPAK for further action./p.s./
