TIRANA, Feb 21 /ATA/ Military Meteo Service reports that clear skies will prevail all across the territory.
The wind will blow from the southeast-northwest at a velocity of 1-10 m/sec, along the coastline and in the valleys at a velocity up to 15-20 m/s. Sea gale will trigger waves of Force 2-4. There will be frost along the road axes due to below zero temperatures in the morning hours.
