TIRANA, Feb 20/ATA/- Transparency and accountability for funds and donations for the reconstruction process in the quake-affected areas are essential, the U.S Ambassador in Albania Yuri Kim said.
Ambassador Kim, recalling the Donors’ Conference, said that, “the US donation will establish a new US-Albanian Transparency Academy to support transparent governance, citizen-responsive governance, anti-corruption training and judicial reform.”
