TIRANA, February 20 /ATA/- The Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Structure (SPAK) has forwarded to the Court 5 cases demanding sequestration of 8 properties.
Following the entry into force of the Normative Act, the State Police has presented to SPAK 24 requests for assessing the sequestration option of properties identified during the period 07.02.2020 up to 20.02.2020.
“The SPAK prosecutors have been examining all the requests and the relevant documents attached. SPAK has demanded from the State Police a more complete documentation on some cases”, is read in a SPAK press release.
“Today, SPAK has forwarded 5 cases for final approval of sequestration to the Special Court of the First Instance on Corruption and Organized Crime”, concludes the press release./p.s./
