TIRANA, February 19 /ATA/- Prime Minister Edi Rama thanked the U.S. ambassador for increasing the amount of money declared in Brussels for the reconstruction of Albania after the quake.
“I thank the U.S. ambassador for the good news that the USA will increase the amount of money declared in Brussels for the reconstruction,” said PM Rama.
PM Rama emphasized that the Transparency Academy beginning work fulfills our demand to make reconstruction an example in this respect as well.
“The Transparency Academy beginning work accomplishes our request to our dear friends to make Reconstruction exemplary in this regard as well,” said PM Rama.
The USA donated $ 5 million to cover damages from the November 26, 2019, earthquake in Albania at the Donors’ Conference in Brussels./p.s./
