TIRANA, February 19/ATA/-Albania’s Minister of Finance and Economy Anila Denaj held a meeting today with Prefect of Tirana region Suzana Jahollari as well as with the regional heads of the affiliated institutions of the Ministry of Finance and Economy in Tirana on the progress of online services delivery in 2020.
Minister Denaj said that, “The priority is to improve the quality of services for citizens. In this context, I requested the engagement of the administration to fulfill its obligations regarding the digitization of public services. In the spirit of transforming services for the citizens, physical counters will be reduced to a minimum within March. ”
“The service at the counter will be replaced by a counseling service for individuals and businesses. Specifically the focus is on the Tax Administration, where the whole service will be oriented towards raising awareness of formality”, said Denaj./p.s./
