TIRANA, Feb 18 /ATA/ PM Edi Rama stated on Tuesday that we will work hard to make sure reconstruction will provide the foundations for a new socio-economic development of Albania we want.
PM said: The donations collected yesterday that have successfully crowned a two-month international reconstruction campaign constitute the bulk of 2020 economic plan.
“With vision, strategy, work and patience, we will reach the target that was set 2347 days ago when we went about the uphill task back in 2013,” Rama said.
The Donors’ Conference collected on Monday EUR 1.15 billion for reconstruction of Albania after the devastating Nov 26 earthquake. The conference of donors “Together for Albania” was organized by EU bringing together representatives from 100 states to support the reconstruction program in Albania.
