TIRANA, Feb 16 /ATA/ “Shqipëriaqëduam.al” has become one of the most reliable platforms for Albanian citizens who get their issues and complaints addressed via one message.
This week the number of complaints settled by co-governance platform at central level is 32 643, whereas the number of complaints registered is 50776.
At central level, 14425 complaints have been registered and 9761 addressed, in cases of business the number of complaints addressed is 691, whereas the number of registered complaints is 1760.
According to figures released by the “Governance Overview” this week, there are 17 outstanding cases resolved through the co-governance platform. Specifically, 3 cases from the State Cadastre Agency, 3 cases from the Ministry of Finance and Economy and 2 cases from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, 2 cases “My Business”, 4 cases from the region of Tirana and 1 case from Diber.
The number of login-s to the platform page over last week was 128 336, whereas the number of new registrations is 20987.
