TIRANA, February 12/ATA/- Operation “Force of Law” (OFL) that consists of submission of requests for self-declaration of assets and seizure of property in emergency situations is going ahead in compliance with the Normative Act of January 31, 2020.
In this context, OFL has sent requests for self-declaration of assets to citizens:
– Tirana-based D.D., convicted of: “Murder in Other Qualifying Circumstances”, “Illegal Possession of Weapons”, “Forgery of Documents”, “Forgery of Seals, Stamps or Forms” and ” Unauthorized wearing of uniform ”;
– Xh. T, resident in Durrës, convicted of drugs trafficking.
These individuals, subject to Special Law, must respond to all OFL inquiries in writing within 48 hours.
Subsequently, replies will be sent to SPAK for further action.
The OFL is in constant action and in carrying out complex actions to identify and send to the SPAK all persons subject to the Special Law./p.s./
