TIRANA, Jan 31 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/- High Prosecutorial Council has approved on Friday with majority of votes the appointment of prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu to Special Prosecutor against Corruption and Crime, SPAK, for a 9-year term.
HPC announces that the decision will be submitted to the President’s office where the prosecutor Musabelliu will be sworn in on Friday noon.
Doloreza Musabelliu is the newest and 11th prosecutor to join the SPAK team, including two delegated prosecutors Dritan Prenci and Vladimir Mara.
Musabelliu has successfully passed the process of vetting. She has attended the school of magistrates over 2002-2005 to work as prosecutor with Serious Crimes Prosecution. Her portfolio as prosecutor spans 14 years.
