TIRANA, Jan 23 /ATA/ The municipality of Elbasan is one of 7 municipalities countrywide to implement the project “Idea” challenge aimed at improving business’s innovative ideas in the cities.
In this context, the Mayor of Elbasan Gledian Llatja hosted a meeting of business representatives in Elbasan who are interested in training and getting more ideas about how to do their business in the future.
Mayor Gledian Llatja reiterated the fact that the institution he runs will continue to support the business, adding that “business support is one of the priorities of the municipality, so special attention will be paid to those businesses that will be able to extend their service to the “Kala” neighborhood of Elbasan but not only.
Entrepreneurship and innovative businesses hold the key to increase of competitiveness in the global economy today. They are the most powerful generators of employment and income. However, starting and expanding an enterprise requires entrepreneurial competencies and business skills. And to help those who have run a business for three or more years, or who have a business idea, the Idea Challenge will help them,” he said.
Jetona Myteveli, IDEA National Coordinator, present at the meeting expressed the conviction that this project, which will be applied in Elbasani business, is a good opportunity to benefit from innovative ideas. The 16 best business ideas selected as Finalists will participate in a preliminary seminar to enhance their presentation skills.
