TIRANA, December 10/ATA/- Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament and government spokesperson Elisa Spiropali said today that the new quarters that will be built will make a difference with the buildings constructed until now.
Speaking on television, Spiropali considered a lie the news spread by some media organs according to which the government has no money for the civil emergencies like to make up for the damages caused by November 26 earthquake.
“The government has 13 billion lekë for the civil emergencies without affecting the debt, economic growth or other projects”, said Spiropali.
“There will not be taken any money from the services, the social assistance or the pensions. And there will not be affected the salaries, the budget or the strategic investments”, emphasized Minister Spiropali explaining that there is a special invoice in the budget for the civil emergencies and the money used in these cases do not affect anything else./p.s./
