TIRANA, December 6/ATA/-Deputy Minister of Interior Rovena Voda stated today that, “The situation in Durrës is being restored to normality while there have been applications for permit to repairing the damages that the earthquake has caused.”
14 private companies have expressed their readiness to begin work for repairing the buildings built by themselves, but damaged during the quake.
Speaking to ATA, Voda said that, “We still need tents and other aid”.
The deputy minster pointed to cleaning of inert materials as another challenge. They are caused by the demolition of the apartment blocks, 28 up to now.
She positively assessed the fact that some companies have voluntarily offered their means for cleaning of the inert materials./k.s/ /a.g/p.s./
