TIRANA, December 5 /ATA/-The budget of the reconstruction programme amounts to 20 billion lekë, 13 billion of which stem from the budgetary revenues and 7 billion from different donations”, said today to the Parliament Prime Minister Edi Rama.
PM Rama emphasized that the reconstruction programme has a special budget.
He emphasized that, “This is the first package, an initial allocation”. The prime minister reacted in this way to news according to which the state has remained moneyless and has no capacity to face situations like the earthquake.
“This is not true”, said the prime minister. “We shall programme all the process even if we don’t receive any money at all from the world.”/a.g/p.s./
