TIRANA, December 4 /ATA/-The November 26 earthquake has seriously damaged 26 schools attended by 10300 pupils.
Head of the Emergency Response Division Bledi Çuçi gave the news during the government meeting today.
Çuçi said that 15 of the damaged schools are located in Durrës, 2 in Lezha and 9 in Tirana.
“The work will go ahead while the priority is to make an assessment of the public objects damaged by the earthquake, mainly schools and kindergartens”, said Çuçi.
He added that they would take care even about supply with drinking water of the areas of Thumana, Bubq and some spots where the affected people by the earthquake are sheltered./a.g/p.s./
