Construction engineer calls on citizens to remove earthquake app

TIRANA, Dec 4 /ATA/- In a television interview, the construction engineer prof. dr. Luljeta Bozo called on the local authorities to change the way buildings are being constructed in Albania, after the powerful earthquake that hit the country on November 26.

“Housing construction should be carried out on the basis of respect for all phases of the project,” Bozo stressed.

Bozo also appealed to citizens to remove the earthquake app from their phones and reassured that, there’s no real reason to be panicking.

“Aftershocks will continue for days and weeks but their number has already decreased. The aftershocks are normal after the M6.4 earthquake,” the construction engineer underlined.//a.i/
