TIRANA, November 30/ATA/-Prime Minister Edi Rama warned today for tougher punishment on all those persons who realize building beyond standards.
“We are preparing an act that carries punishment with imprisonment of 7 up to 15 years for every builder, architect or supervisor who leaves a building with violations in the execution procedures. The sanctions would be terrible and the judges will have no space to favor them”, stated PM Rama during the extraordinary meeting of the government today.
According to the prime minister, this is not simply a story of apartment blocks of after the 90-ies, but also of a popular collective abuse./a.gjonaj/p.s./
