TIRANË, 27 November /ATA/- Heads of Soros Foundation expressed solidarity with the families and people who are suffering the consequences of the November 26 earthquake.
In response to the situation and the aftermath of the earthquake, $ 500,000 has been made available for the phase of recovery and reconstruction for those affected and affected by the earthquake. The fund will be made available to the Open Society Foundation for Albania which will serve it to the most vulnerable citizens who are facing the most severe consequences.
George Soros and the Foundation for Open Society have a long history of cooperation with Albania which dates back to 1992 when the Foundations started their activity. Over $ 130 million has been offered since 1992 for an open society for Albanians. /e.xh/p.s./
