TIRANA, November 22/ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission held a hearing session with Prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of Lezha, Simon Pashuku.
The Independent Qualification Commission IQC dismissed Friday from office the Prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of Lezha, Simon Pashuku .
The judging panel composed of Brunilda Bekteshi, Xhensila Pine and Suela Zhegu heard on re-evaluation subject and examined the documentation related to it. At the end, the commission decided to dismiss Pashuku from the post.
According to IQC Prosecutor Pashuku has hidden wealth/ assets and made false declaration.
Pashuku was vetted on three criteria: the legitimacy of his wealth, the ethical and professional criteria.//a.i/
