TIRANA, November 19/ATA/-“The Draft Electoral Reform will be ready in December. For the opposition there will be no excuse to delay early Parliamentary and local elections on the same day as the only way out of the crisis”, stated today Chairman of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha after the meeting of President Ilir Meta with the opposition parties.
Basha said that, “During the meeting with President Meta, we got acquainted with shocking evidence of the Prime Minister’s flagrant interference in the Electoral Reform process and specifically interference with the process of appointment of the judges in the Constitutional Court ”.
“These shocking evidence confirm that the purpose of this government is not implementation of the justice reform, but capture of justice institutions and in particular of the Constitutional Court,” said Basha./a.g/p.s./
