TIRANA, November 15/ATA/- On the “Vlora River” road, the works are currently underway on LOT II, namely Gjormi-Brataj Bridge- Lasko Bridge, 27.1 km long.
The feasibility study has highlighted that this route will generate a number of social and economic benefits.
Reconstruction of Vlora River road aims at delivering sustainable solutions to public infrastructure in the southern coast and improving living conditions for residents and reshaping the tourism sector as one of the key pillars of the local and regional economy .
The Vlora River road is a project funded by the Albanian Government, the Kuwaiti Fund and the Saudi Development Fund. The road traverses the villages of Vlora, Selenica and Himara municipalities and includes a branch that enables connection with the city of Vlora.//a.i/
