TIRANA, Nov 12 /ATA/- Durres Port Authority Executive Director, Pirro Vengu, and Durrës mayor, Valbona Sako, agreed to draft a memorandum of understanding with the aim of increasing social responsibility towards community.
The head of Durres Port Authority highlighted the importance of implementing shared policies between local governance and Durres Port Authority to guarantee sustainable territory development.
Vengu added that Durres Port Authority will always provide support and response in cases of civil emergency in the territory of municipality and beyond in the future.
For her part, Sako asserted her will to cooperate as part of development and cultural programmes in the city, institutionalizing the relation of cooperation between DPA and Durres municipality.
