TIRANA, Nov 6 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/- “Resolution is in line with those of EU, Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and also in alignment with the legislation of all European and allied countries,” SP MP, also member of Committee on Foreign Affairs, Ervin Bushati, told ATA.
Speaking about the resolution on foreign interference in electoral processes and disinformation in national democratic processes, Bushati told ATA that resolution goes beyond foreign meddling.
It goes beyond meddling, it is about disinformation, financing in democratic and informative processes, it is about the media, policy and a much broader concept with regard to impact on society, confidence in democratic institutions.
