TIRANA, November 6/ATA/- The Albania’s Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku attended the International Water Week Conference on the Implementation of Integrated Water Resources Management taking place on November 4-5, 2019 in Amsterdam.
“During the Amsterdam International Water Week Conference I met and discussed with experts who have contributed to identifying the best integrated solutions for water management globally. Albania is investing to increase the quality of water supply and to improve the water management system, “ Minister Balluku writes.
“Today we can rank among countries that have a clear water management strategy, significantly improving the quality of the environment we live in. Veronica Manfredi, the Director for Quality of Life (Air, Water, Marine Environment, Industrial Emissions and Safety), at the European Commission clearly said, ‘safe waters are fundamental indicators of health and well-being of a society,” Balluku said. //a.i/
