TIRANA, Oct 31 /ATA/A rare heart surgery was performed in “Mother Teresa” University Hospital Centre.
The news was reported by Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu, who said that the successful surgery was performed on 6-month Noan by Dr. Altin Veshti and the medical professionals of infant cardiac surgery team.
Noan, only 6 months, leaves the pediatric hospital in Tirana University Hospital Centre to go home completely recovered after undergoing an infant cardiac surgery.
“A rare heart surgery has been successfully performed by Dr. Altin Veshti and the team of infant cardiac surgery on Noan, only 6 months old, who leaves the pediatric hospital at TUHC today to return home completely healed, ” – says the minister.
