TIRANA, October 25/ATA/- “People often tend to consider China and cooperation with China as a funding opportunity, but I strongly believe that cooperation with China is primarily like a bridge of knowledge.”
Prime Minister Edi Rama made the statement today at the 4th “17 + 1” Forum of Mayors of China and Eastern and Central European Countries held in Tirana.
The head of government said that we can exchange experience and knowledge and the countries, cities and communities will certainly benefit.
“This forum creates an important opportunity for all the administrators of the big cities and capitals of the 17 +1 family to share their experiences.
