TIRANA, October 18/ATA/- MEP Tanja Fajon stated Friday that it is a shame that the European Union failed to open accession negotiations with North Macedonia and Albania .
“Such a shame for EU. Those that blocked the countries shall take their responsibility!” Fajon writes, while sharing the post of the EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn.
“EU leaders failed to live up to their commitment to open accession negotiations with North Macedonia and Albania at European Commission. This is a matter of extreme disappointment. EU now need to clarify how serious their commitment is to the Western Balkans’ EU integration,” Hahn says.//a.i/
