Greece is not a skeptical country; we have opened a path that will lead us forward

TIRANA, October 1/ATA/-“Greece is not a skeptical country, but there are some points that are directly related to its viewpoint on bilateral relations,” said Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding Greece’s decision on opening Albania’s EU accession negotiations.

During a television interview, PM Rama said that, “The change of government in Greece has made that certain things have to be resumed in the process of mutual information and I am very confident that we will go ahead with Greece because we have opened a path that will lead us forward”.

Speaking about the maritime border agreement between Albania and Greece, PM Rama stated that, “We have not discussed on this topic, but I think that there is no reason to return to the zero point. This is question of more communication, which we are doing and coordinate positions and understand where we actually are in relation to the new Greek government.” /e.xh/ /a.g/p.s./
