TIRANA, Sept 26 /ATA/- The Albanian legislation has put at disposal of state employees a living instrument in the fight against corruption in public administration: whistle-blowing.
Albanian Helsinki Committee held on Thursday a round table with employees of Ministry of Health and Social Protection which focused on provisions and guarantees stipulated in the law on whistle-blowers who decide to report suspicious corrupt practices and cases.
This session was held in the light of the project “For efficient implementation of legislation on whistle-blowers” supported by US embassy in Tirana.
